What is Online Coaching?
Most of the Online Coaching you’ll find will be a minimally involved, automatically generated generic routine, with minimal interaction from a coach after an initial consultation. This is the exact opposite of how I will be coaching you online. After our initial consultation, I will personally craft a training and nutrition protocol for you based on your individual needs, injuries, availability, and goals.
Throughout the process, I’ll constantly be sharing educational content with you to help empower you to eventually take your health and fitness into your own hands. My training programs are interactive, with each exercise prescribed being linked to an in depth instructional video to optimize technique. We will meet on a weekly coaching call to discuss challenges and successes, answer any questions and make adjustments as needed.
